Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. Your written counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, and signature (physical or electronic).

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location on the website.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA process unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

Repeat Infringers

Fun Action has a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat copyright offenders. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer, their access to our platform may be permanently restricted or terminated.
